Last night my furnace stopped working and after trying to get in touch with multiple companies, I found New York Mechanical they answered the the phone and we’re very professional. It turns out that my Heater was 25 years old and needed to be replaced so they did not waste any time within one day. I had a new furnace installed. I highly recommended Anthony! five stars all the way thank you New York Mechanical.

I have never written a review before, but Anthony deserves it because he is 100% the best I've ever worked with. My AC died on me in the height of summer and he came to my rescue. The project took some unexpected twists (none of them Anthony's fault at all) and he went above and beyond in handling them. He brought me portable AC units. He tracked down parts. He communicated every single step of the way. (Seriously, I've never worked with someone so reachable and so transparent.) He told me exactly when he'd show up and he was there right on time every time with exactly what he needed. His work is impeccable, careful, clean, and effective. My apartment is now good as new--or even better--and I have Anthony to thank. I am so grateful. And as much as I hope to never have a problem again, I know that Anthony will be there for me if I do.

Though I did not have the opportunity to use New York Mechanical, as I called on short notice, I wanted to share my personal experience, My unit was not performing and I called Anthony at NYM, He was out of town and not available but did call me back the next day. I immediately informed him that I had used another company, Despite this we spoke for quite a while as I explained my air-conditioning difficulties from the prior day. He listened, was courteous, provided informative feedback and offered his services for any future needs. We were disconnected during the call and he called back immediately. I also solicited some additional advice noting past problems with my unit, He suggested I take a few photos of the components and forward to him for review. This will be done in the next few days.

That is the complete story, I wanted to share a pleasant experience regarding his professionalism knowing I will certainly be contacting Anthony for any future issues. I will add he definitely deserves 5 stars just for the time he devoted to listening and answering any question I asked.

I called Anthony and asked if he repairs AC, he said No but he asked if I wanted to FaceTime to help me look at the issue — we were on the phone for 10 minutes together as he helped me troubleshoot! We weren't successful but he referred me to another business, so I have a lead for where to turn next. I am so grateful for Anthony's generosity and kindness!
